What is 7S management?
7S management is an abbreviation for the seven words Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikeetsu, Shitsuke, Safety and Speed/Saving. Because the first letter of these seven words in Japanese and English is “S”, it is referred to as “7S” for short. And activities based on tidying, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, literacy, safety, and conservation are carried out, and are called “7S” activities.

7S Management Activities
(1) Sorting
Separating the people, things, and things that you don’t want and dealing with the people, things, and things you don’t need is the first step to start improving the production site.
